Sigalit Landau

In a joint exhibition, I showcased my work alongside painter David Goss. We maintained a dialogue that was sustained via visits to each other's studios and the sharing of our work processes. The result of our exchange is the show at Oranim.

While I was inspired by Goss’s intentional unraveling of the painting process and his emphasis on both suffering and tolerance, Goss found in my sculptures a balance between violence and serenity. Together, we crafted a visual conversation 19 years after we last worked side by side.
